15 years of experience working in the design and construction industry. He manage a team of architecture and interior supervisor
as well as coordinating various consultants and work streams under demanding deadlines. He has contributed to the design and construction of numerous residential and commercial projects including a 30 storey mix development project at Mara Persada Putra Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, a 10 storey office suite for Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) at Presint 3 and several private
residential houses. He is very passionate about finding creative solutions and producing positive results.

Zarul Izhar Zaiyadi
A Design and Architecture graduate from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
15 years of experience working in the property/construction industry with hands-on experience in project management.
He is involved with all aspects of property construction and management, including preparing design proposals, work programs, tender drawings, chairing meetings, site inspections, liaising with various government authorities for submission process, application of CF/CCC etc.
